Adam Lukeman, LCSW

Clinical Supervisor

GETTING LINCENSED IS HARD ENOUGH-YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE.
I offer weekly virtual supervision groups to LMSWs located in New York. These groups are more than just a space to affordably earn hours towards your clinical licensure, they’re a place to connect, and grow more confident as a clinician. It’s where imposter syndrome starts to lose its grip.
Yes, I will guide you step-by-step to meet licensure requirements and explore real clinical material—but just as important, we build relationships and experience.
These group are a safe place and many group members walk away not only with hours logged, but with professional friendships and community.

-
Supervision must be provided by a qualified LCSW.Group must focus on clinical content, case discussion, and skill development — not administrative supervision.
-
Each group session must be at least one continuous hour.
-
Supervision must be post-MSWT
-
The supervision group must take place in a qualifying clinical setting. Virtual settings such as ZOOM are acceptable.
-
Hours must be documented and verifiable. (I will provide you with the easy steps to document your hours.)
MY BACKROUND
I immersed myself in the practice of supervision at Fordham University, where I earned my SIFI (Seminar in Field Instruction)—considered the gold standard for training clinical supervisors in New York. The experience deepened not just my skills, but also my commitment to helping new clinicians grow with confidence, clarity, and care. Today, I offer one-on-one and clinical group supervision to LMSWs seeking to gain hours and deepen their skills. I also provide supervision to LCSWs who want to continue to have support and guidance.
