I strongly recommend 10 minutes of mindfullness meditation daily. There is a vast amount of scientific evidence which demonstrates how it changes our brains and provides enormous benefit to our emotional well-being.
There are many great, free meditations on Youtube. I recommend you download my favorite free app. It is called simply "Meditation and Relaxation" and is available on both android and IOS.
